This website provides 50 central thoughtware upgrades to Archiarchy. The key to thoughtware upgrades is remembering that each upgrade involves one or more experiential Liquid States as your current thoughtware changes around into a new Inner Structure. If there is no Liquid State, there is no upgrade.

AKASHINGA

The Akashinga Rangers are part of an innovative and effective programme that harnesses the power of the local community to combat poaching. Damien Mander — a former Australian special forces soldier — founded the Akashinga Rangers in 2017, a team of anti-poaching rangers made up entirely of women who stand up for African wildlife. As the rangers train and learn how to protect ecosystems, they become stewards of these landscapes and wildlife while developing personal and financial security and elevating their communities. Akashinga's strategic approach doesn’t simply provide guns to stop poachers. Instead, we call for community involvement and support. If communities could recognise the benefits of protecting and preserving animals and their habitats, poaching could die out without the need for armed confrontations. Akashinga embraces an innovative, effective approach to conservation that empowers women and communities while protecting wildlife and habitats.

THE COMMONS - SOCIAL CHANGE LIBRARY

The Commons Library exists to make social movements smarter and stronger. We are an online library for the change makers of the world and for those interested in social change, activism, advocacy and justice.

We gather and share resources from many different sources and organisations from all around the world in a user friendly, accessible portal. We also create resources to help change makers stop reinventing the wheel and support them with what they need. At times of crisis and opportunity the librarians gather and distribute relevant resources to assist campaigners and community builders to seize the moment. Our quick response resource recommendations enable change makers to get what they need and jump back into their work quickly. Plus, the Commons team works to make the insights of conferences available to a larger audience for the longer term. The Commons sends out a monthly newsletter filled with resources for social change. It’s a great way to find out about new additions to the library as well as existing content that’s relevant to current circumstances.

EXTINCTION REBELLION

Extinction Rebellion is a decentralised, international and politically non-partisan movement using non-violent direct action and civil disobedience to persuade governments to act justly on the Climate and Ecological Emergency. Any person or group can organise autonomously and take action in the name and spirit of XR so long as the action fits within XR’s principles and values . In this way, power is decentralised, meaning that there is no need to ask for permission from a central group or authority. They regularly send out inspiring and hopeful newsletters.

FILMS FOR ACTION

Welcome to the largest library for social change online. Films For Action is a library for people who want to change the world. Our mission is to empower citizens with the knowledge and perspectives essential to creating a more compassionate, egalitarian, regenerative, and democratic society. Films For Action was founded in 2006 by a few friends in Lawrence, Kansas, after realizing how essential healthy media is to a healthy democracy. (Fun fact: This insight came from watching The Corporation!) Over the last 18 years, we've curated over 1,000 free documentaries, 5,000 videos, and 4,000 articles spanning almost every topic related to changing the world. GAIAN ROAD TEAM INTERVIEWS

We celebrate the amazing success of the Gaian Road Team, and share the wealth of Nonmaterial Value we co-created while journeying together around the world for nine months from 2012 to 2013. The Gaian Road Team was an open ended Quest to weave critical connections between communities of practice to strengthen the system of influence for the emergence of next culture - Archiarchy - the culture that naturally appears as you extract yourself from Patriarchy in the same way a teenager extracts himself from his parents' house to grow up. The Gaian Road Team served as a Seed crystal of Archiarchy, catalyzing change in the human ethnosphere. Archiarchy already exists. LOCAL FUTURES - INTERNATIONAL ALLIANCE FOR LOCALIZATION

The International Alliance for Localization (IAL) from Local Futures is a worldwide localization movement and provides a network to support and connect place-based economies and local communities. The purpose of Rage Club is to change your relationship to the feeling and emotion of anger so you can consciously and productively use the energy and information of anger as an adult in your daily life, without being possessed or overwhelmed by it. In modern culture we are conditioned to believe that it is not okay to be angry because, “Anger is one of the negative feelings,” and, “Anger is dangerous, loud, embarrassing, uncivilized”. When you learn to own your anger and use it responsibly, you get clarity and can act, protect yourself and avoid creating victim-drama-stories.
